Online Convenience

There are two ways to enter into a Fixed Price Funeral Plan; you can either meet with one of our caring Funeral Planners by calling (03) 9373 7000, or choose the more economical option of making the arrangements yourself via the convenience and anonymity of this website. If you choose to use this website we suggest that you allocate 15-20 minutes to complete an Application. The Application process only applies for funerals that are to be held in Melbourne.

Navigating through this site is completely obligation-free. You will be provided with an itemised fee proposal under the Summary of Costs section. As you move through the first 7 steps you are always able to move back to review and perhaps change your choices and cost options.  No contractual commitment arises until you sign and return the documentation referred to in What Happens Next.

We encourage you to write down the unique Application Number allocated when you commence the Easy Steps section, and to press the Save button at the bottom of any page, which will enable you to return at a later date, or raise any questions you may have with our Funeral Advice Line staff.

The site is also completely anonymous until Step 7, when you will be asked to provide your contact details.
